Favorite Disney Hero/Heroine and why: Tinker Bell, because she is sweet, sassy, and determined!
Favorite thing to do alone: Drive
Favorite thing to do with people: Shoot skeet, duck hunt, go on a boat, drink a craft beer and listen to good music.
Favorite Period of History: The Eighties and Wild West! – I love the big hair and music as well as shooting things up with pistols.
Favorite Real World Person as an personal story: Barbara Corcoran from Shark Tank. She borrowed $1,000 from a boyfriend, quit her job as a diner waitress, and started a tiny real estate office in New York City.
On Julies Love of Commercial Real Estate:
What made you interested in CRE: Working for the founders of ECCRE and being the support to 3 brilliant brokers (Garry, Bernadette, and Nick Silivanch) to whom all produce a lot made me extremely interested in CRE. I know what it takes from an administration and broker stand point which that I find is very important for someone starting out in the business. It took me 2 years as an Office Manager to make the leap and get my license. Going to work every day is a feeling of excitement and I absolutely love what I do.
What area do your work in: Office, Retail, & Industrial
What do you want to be a master of: Office, Industrial, and Land Development
What are your specialties: My work ethic. I have a passion for working with people from all walks of life and cultures. I believe going that extra mile in servicing the public is very important. When someone doubts my ability to do something that gives me that much more motivation to succeed.

Garry Silivanch, one of the firms partners, successfully closed on a 18,000 sf facility in Leland Industrial park last week. The 18,000 sf facility located at 2216 Mercantile Drive was recently leased by Garry who represented the ECCRE’s Client the Landlord.
