Former Seahawks Book store conversion to Kava Kratom Lounge
ECCRE is excited to announce the lease of unit 17 at University Landing. This suite was leased to Nicole Denny who plans to open a Rooted Kava Lounge which is a tea house that focuses on specialty teas. She leased 1500 sf at the center located at 419 S. College.
