Eastern Carolinas Commercial Real Estate is excited to announce that small shop leasing as of January 1st 2016 was completed at University Centre. The only remaining space available for lease is a 22,500 sf junior box.
We are excited to have closed out leasing with Mariner Finance and Go Vape! as our last additions to the center. This is a great sign of our market place recovering.
