Nicholas Silivanch, was featured in this release about the sale of Lumina Commons, a Harris Teeter anchored shopping center in Wilmington for $13.875 Million in August of 2014. Mr. Silivanch represented and continues to represent the purchaser in the acquisition of grocery anchored centers. It was one of the top sales in the region this year.
