As to why Brunswick County data is still being include in the Myrtle Beach MSA, we are not sure why since the US Census Bureau has moved Brunswick County back into the Wilmington Metro for statistics and data assembly.
Some of the key data sets reflected in the report at the low vacancy rates in the region.
Overall vacancy is at all time lows and new inventory is needed as the region continues its population growth with new residential communities and apartments being delivered.
