The Myrtle Beach SC MSA Report covers the Brunswick County North Carolina Market and Horry County South Carolina Market. As to why Brunswick County data is still being include in the Myrtle Beach MSA, we are not sure why since the US Census Bureau has moved Brunswick County back into the Wilmington Metro for statistics and data assembly.
Some of the key data sets reflect the new construction and unit deliveries as well as the average cost per door for units by class.
