As to why Brunswick County data is still being include in the Myrtle Beach MSA, we are not sure why since the US Census Bureau has moved Brunswick County back into the Wilmington Metro for statistics and data assembly.
Some of the key data sets reflected in the report that vacancy has ticked up with the delivery of new industrial warehousing and distribution spaces being added to the respective metro areas, while some are spec others are design builds for specific tenant uses.
