Dallas Harris Land Company, LLC are planning to rezone their lot at 7491 Market St Wilmington, NC 28411 to add a 2,400 square foot bank. The bank will have accesses from Torchwood Boulevard and Market Street and will provide drive thru windows for fast service.  There are still some rising concerns from local citizens.
