Wilmington North Carolinas Commercial Real Estate sector saw a major investment purchase take place with the sale of Lumina Station. The price was north of $14.5 m after a recent sale last August on the adjoining property where ECCRE’s Nick Silivanch Represented the purchaser for $13.875 m took place. ECCRE was a consultant to the seller on the Lumina Station sale. Congrats guys!
